We created Sugar & Steel Co. as an extension of our lifestyle. Rooted in mental clarity, spiritual growth, emotional honesty, and a deep love for nature and movement. Our journey hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been real, and that’s what inspires everything we do.

We live a sober, healthy, and heart-led life filled with fresh air, deep talks, long hikes, laughter, gym sessions, and moments of stillness. We believe in feeling it all, growing through it, and then showing up for others from a place of truth and love.

Sugar & Steel Co. is our way of wrapping all of that into cozy, conscious clothing that speaks to the soul. We design pieces that help people feel seen, remind them to slow down, and encourage conversations that heal.

We’re here to break the stigma around mental health, normalize emotional expression, and create a community where people can rise together in strength and softness, in sugar and steel.
